Supportive Mental Health

I offer a broad range of mental health services in my private practice, working with individuals, couples, and families to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, connection, and resilience. My approach is deeply trauma-informed, recognizing how past experiences can shape our emotional responses, our relationships, and our ability to feel safe — both within ourselves and with others.

I integrate several evidence-based therapies, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Structural Family Therapy, to tailor treatment to your specific needs. Whether we’re addressing emotion regulation, communication breakdowns, or family dynamics, the work is always grounded in empathy, safety, and respect for your lived experience.

In my work with couples, I help partners strengthen emotional bonds by improving how they communicate and respond to one another — especially in moments of stress, conflict, or disconnection. Drawing from EFT, I guide couples in identifying their deeper emotional needs and patterns, so they can begin to shift away from reactivity and toward connection. I also incorporate DBT-informed tools to help couples manage strong emotions and stay grounded during difficult conversations.

A core part of this work is creating emotional safety — the kind that fosters vulnerability, trust, and mutual support. Whether you're struggling with long-standing conflict, emotional distance, or unresolved hurts, we can work together to rebuild a foundation of compassion and intimacy.

I also support couples navigating the transition to parenthood, a season of life that often brings unexpected challenges. Having children — and learning how to co-parent while maintaining your relationship — can be overwhelming and isolating. I help couples reconnect emotionally, improve co-parenting dynamics, and find space for their partnership amid the demands of family life.

When working with families, I draw from Structural Family Therapy to explore roles, boundaries, and generational patterns. Together, we clarify what’s working — and what needs to shift — so that healthier, more supportive interactions can take shape.

Whether you are seeking support as an individual, a couple, or a family, I offer a compassionate and collaborative space where healing, growth, and reconnection are possible.
